Last summer, my family and I managed to get ourselves a tour of the Googleplex.

We got to go inside this office, which is where the legal department is housed. 

We also had some free lunch while we were in there. 

The stories about Google are all true. Bike stands are located practically everywhere and you can just 

ride them all across campus. Pets are allowed and you can wear anything you want.

There is a car wash, a place to do laundry, access to food 24/7 in certain parts of the campus, free 

transportation, free wifi for Google employees, and a huge (but overpriced) Google store. 

They give you everything you need, but they also work you to death. It's a fair trade if you ask me.

They also have a building with a lawn display of the different versions of Android, 

which I thought was really cute. That made it my favorite part of the complex. I apologize for the 

photo quality. A guard stopped us while we were taking pictures. Apparently you are not allowed to 

wander around the campus without your employee sponsor present.

HOW TO MAKE A HOMEMADE CREPE

Ingredients (for filling):

  To make a mixed berry or strawberry syrup, mix water, berries and lots of sugar in a

small pan and put over low heat until the sugar is slightly melted. Don't forget to stir.

HOW TO MAKE A HOMEMADE CREPE

Ingredients (batter):

1 cup all purpose flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons melted butter 

Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a ladle, spoon out enough batter to fill one pan. 

Place batter over low heat until slightly brown. Turn over with a spatula and heat the other side. 

When done, set aside on a plate and prepare the filling.

Be careful not to burn your oven mitt.

World's Largest Chocolate Fountain

This is the world's largest chocolate fountain located at the Jean Philippe Patisserie
at The Bellagio in Las Vegas. It looked so enticing the kid wouldn't move away
from it so I could get a better shot.

This is one of the chocolate crepes on display at the Jean Philippe Patisserie.

Max Brenner's Chocolate Pizza

And this is Max Brenner's famous (or infamous) Milk and White Chocolate Pizza.
If you zoom in close enough you can see the chocolate begin to melt. Mmmmnnn.

The Fountain Show at The Bellagio

I think the fountain show at The Bellagio deserves it's own entry because it was in one word, 

AWESOME. 

It was gorgeous how the tufts of water swung and swayed to the beautiful piece by Andrea

Bocelli.  For four minutes it was like the entire strip had been silenced in awe and anticipation

(at least that's the way it seemed to me).
